The Rules Of The Game

Came upon some issued recently,
is about what type of employee you are and the attitudes.
and it's separated into : 40% group (who works less) & 60% group (for those who works more)

there're only 2 type of people in ONE company.
'The Founder' of the company (The chairman/director/managing director) and Employee.

Each employee are given their own jobs to work. If you are a admin clerk yours job task are filing and key-in datas. A designer doing designing. Inspect the financial records of individuals or business concerns, prepares financial and tax reports are an accountant jobs. a tea lady is to make sure the toilet are washed every day and the trash bin are clear every morning.

But somehow beside the position their holding now, they do have another position on the other side. which are created by themselves : lazy-ing, gossip-ing, boycott-ing, group-ing, show off-ing, forget-ing, don't know-ing, talk-ing, selfish-ing and etc.

Yes,
this is common in every company (including my company). But, why all this happened! How do we survived in such environment, if we less EQ to battle back when we're the unlucky one to boycott by the senior because we do not agree with them OR gossip at your back because you had lunch with your male boss OR you work damm hard for the future but once you make mistake your superior shoot you till to the roof top OR you hates your colleagues that had chances to travel for business and you hates your boss that not picked you!**sign**

Why all this happened? because -- we -- are -- JEALOUS. Jealous is man's best freind. its poped out when we feel unfair or unhappy or pissed off of something or someone. sooner jealous occupied your whole thinking and only comes his freind's ms. gossip, mr. boycoot and etc. If we do not kick this habit out, it comes back even worse than before.

But how?

Once you understand the group of 40% and 60%.
remember 60%? who works ....? yes! who works more. More means? do a lots, heavy workload, high pressure and high expectation from boss. once again, which type of people you are in the company. Employee? (if you r The Founder pls dun quit and i beg u do read on). Yes, you are employee. You work for the company, the company (the founder) paid you every month. You get rewards every year (bonus-but always upset of what u give out), salary adjustment on every year. That's it!!!...It's means NO MATTER HOW CAPABLE YOU ARE IN THE COMPANY, YOU ONLY THIER STUFF and they won't give you a single peice of syer. (still need to work more anot? you work damm hard and make profit for who?)

However, those who worked less which under group 40% are SMART. They usually found at the lower position in the company (not freshie but worked about some ages in the company)but did not meant they are stupid. They are smart enough. They still do thier job while you are buzing liked cow over there. When you scatching your head and headache about the sales, they also scatching thier head seriously looking at the computer screen ("why sudoku puzzle is so difficults, what is the no's") You having a meeting with your sales team, discuss how to improve sales, they do the same; discuss with thier friends on msn (which more than one person in the chat room) where and what to eat after work.

Im not asking you guys to choose to work under 40%, but when u think you're under 60% and you gain nothing of what u had give out to the company by hurting people around you and yourself aswell. Why we need to jealous here anymore and when we know we only an employee but nothing more. We stay here for make friends but not enemy! We just can wished them GOOD LUCK instead of boycotts, make gossip or created problem everyway.

p/s: if you want to riches road dun be an employee, be The Founder.
